Due to the collectible and limited nature of many items we offer—including blind boxes, fashion accessories, and exclusive IP merch—all sales are final.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Character or design preferences (blind boxes)
• Sizing/fit issues for accessories
• Duplicate pulls (unless from a sealed full case)

✅ You May Be Eligible for Replacement If:

• Item arrives broken or significantly defective
• The wrong item was sent
• A sealed full case contains a duplicate (rare)

📹 Required for All Claims:

You must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing:

1. The sealed outer package with your shipping label
2. A continuous shot showing the item and the issue

You must report issues within 15 days of delivery. Without a valid video, no replacements or credits can be issued.
