Welcome to Showyu! We specialize in official Pop Mart, Sanrio, and kawaii collectibles. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.
General Policies
- All sales are final—no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed. A one-time exception may be made before shipment with a processing fee.
- No address changes are allowed after checkout. Orders will only ship to the address provided at payment.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders.
- Some confirmed items may be opened from the bottom on livestreams for verification.
๐ฆ Blind Box & Full Case Policy
- Unless marked "confirmed," all blind boxes are random. We cannot guarantee a specific figure.
- Duplicates are NOT possible in sealed full cases. If a full case has a duplicate, we will replace the missing regular figure and retrieve the duplicate.
- Secret editions are not guaranteed and are randomly inserted.
- A secret figure in a full case replaces a regular figure by design and is not eligible for a replacement.
๐น Claims & Unboxing Requirements
To be eligible for after-sales support (e.g., damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item), customers must provide:
- An unedited unboxing video that:
- Starts with the sealed outer package showing the shipping label
- Is filmed in one continuous shot with no cuts
- Clearly shows all included items and any issue
Failure to provide the correct unboxing video will void your eligibility for any replacements.
You must contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number, issue, and video proof.
๐ Defective or Missing Items
If an item arrives with a quality issue, you may be eligible for a replacement. Common valid claims include:
- Missing parts or accessory
- Broken or unstable figure
- Major paint/stain/glue issues
- Mismatched figure and card
- Duplicates in sealed full cases (see above)
We do not consider the following as defects:
- Minor paint imperfections, glue marks, or color variation
- Slight dents to outer packaging due to shipping
- Dislike of the character received from a blind box
If eligible, we may offer:
- A replacement figure of equal value
- Correct accessory or card
- Coupon/store credit if replacement is unavailable

- In-stock orders: Ship in 2–5 business days
- Preorders: Ship in 15–25 business days after preorder window closes
- Tracking provided when shipped
- Local pickup available in Charlotte, NC. Choose "Pickup" at checkout or message us to coordinate
- Ask about local pop-ups or meetup opportunities!

We are an official distributor. Our pricing reflects:
- Official distribution costs
- International freight, customs, and platform fees
- Event exclusivity and limited production runs
We do not scalp or reseal products apart from items unboxed during live streams and sealed with tape or sealing stickers for shipment. Everything we sell is 100% authentic.

We collect limited personal info (name, address, email, and payment info) to process your order.
We do not sell or share your data beyond what’s necessary to fulfill your purchase.
We use secure third-party payment platforms, and your card information is not stored by us.

- You understand and accept the nature of blind boxes
- You will not be eligible for return/refund unless a valid claim is approved with proof
- Shipping delays due to customs or manufacturer issues may occur
- You are responsible for entering the correct address and contact information
